Key Responsibilities:
Lead design, planning, and execution of complex engineering projects from start to finish.
Conduct forensic engineering investigations of buildings/structures for storm damage, settlement, construction defects, and material failures.
Prepare, review, and approve technical reports, calculations, and design documents.
Provide expert analysis for claims and legal matters.
Supervise and mentor engineers/technicians, ensuring quality and professional growth.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Interface with clients, agencies, and leadership to ensure project success.
Contribute to business development, proposals, and process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction, or Geotechnical Engineering.
5+ years of progressive engineering experience.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
Proven expertise in engineering design, project management, and client relations.
Strong leadership, technical software proficiency, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects across locations.
Willingness to travel for site visits and client engagements.
