Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing on soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, and project specifications.
• Prepare and handle samples, ensuring proper storage and traceability.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment, following safety and quality protocols.
• Accurately document and report test results.
• Support lab supervisors, engineers, and field personnel as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or technical coursework preferred).
• 0–3 years of lab or construction materials testing experience (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 35–75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, FDC software a plus).
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel to job sites.
• Willingness to work in both laboratory and field environments, including outdoors in varying conditions.
