Responsibilities & Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fire and safety inspections to ensure compliance with fire codes, building standards, and regulations.
• Identify and document fire hazards and violations.
• Prepare inspection reports and communicate results to supervisors or project engineers.
• Operate and maintain assigned vehicles, adhere to company and client safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Licensed Fire Inspector in Florida with prior experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and basic computer skills.
• Physically able to perform field inspections, including walking on rugged terrain, lifting to 75 lbs., and working outdoors in varying conditions.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to job sites and field locations.
