Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field and lab testing of soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates to verify compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Collect, label, and transport samples, maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Operate and maintain field testing equipment and company vehicles.
• Communicate job status with supervisors, contractors, and project managers.
• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, including proper PPE use.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical coursework in construction/engineering a plus).
• 0–3 years of field or construction-related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record, ability to travel frequently (up to 70%).
• Ability to obtain/hold industry certifications (e.g., ACI Level 1).
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 35–75 lbs. and work outdoors in varying environmental conditions.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, FDC software a plus).
