Key Responsibilities:

• Support construction materials testing projects through analysis, reporting, and coordination with lab/field staff.
• Perform engineering analysis of soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates to ensure compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, FDOT, and project specifications.
• Prepare and review field/lab reports and draft final engineering reports.
• Conduct field visits to observe practices, collect samples, and verify testing procedures.
• Assist senior engineers with technical documentation, client communication, and investigations.
• Adhere to company and project safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of related experience (internships/co-ops a plus).
• Valid Florida driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, reporting software experience preferred.

Preferred:

• EIT certification (or in progress).
• ACI, NICET, or other CMT certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Master’s degree or PE license (in progress or obtained).
