We are looking for experienced Commercial Stucco, Lath & Bead, EIFS Foreman. Knowledge and ability to be hands on when needed, performing the following: stucco, lath, bead & EIFS
Detailed Description:
Job Functions
- Understanding blueprints, budgets and other job specifications
- Knowledge in the different applications, textures & methods
- Knowledge of materials used and methods of proper installation
- Meet with Field Superintendent to get all documents pertaining to upcoming and current job, budgets, plans, specification, conditions, time, and labor schedules
- Daily job meetings to assure that all work is being done correctly and on time
- Order materials and equipment in a timely manner for the job
- Able to direct all manpower on jobsite and coordinate all labor daily
- Able to conduct site inspections for safety hazards
- Able to make sure all employees meet OSHA requirements and are working safely
- Review and approve timecards for payroll processing
- Able to pay attention to detail and have strong problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- Requires wearing proper protective clothing: long pants, shirt with sleeves, hard sole shoes or boots, hard hat and safety glasses.
- Requires repetitive movement: standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, crawling, walking, bending, twisting, working in cramped workspaces and getting into awkward positions while using safety equipment.
- Requires climbing ladders, scaffolds, or poles.
- Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects for tools or controls of equipment.
- Requires lifting objects up to 100 lbs or more.
- Requires able to work at different heights using safety equipment.
- Includes exposure to sounds and noise levels
- Requires working outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions including working in very hot humid (above 90 F degrees) temperatures
- Includes exposure to contaminants and hazardous equipment
